Blades - Line is UConn -3. So one of my law school buddies from Syracuse who went there undergrad and used to invite me over his place for Syracuse - UConn basketball games back in the 1990s called me and said he will take the 3 points and bet me $100 that Cuse covers. Should I take this bet and let my money ride on Diaco and staff? Because I worry that this could be a FG game at the end and UConn will mismanage it somehow.

Not that 'm into that type of thing but all the Vegas money is on Syracuse:
Uconn opened at -7 and they are now down to -3 as you said, in most of the books. But with Diaco in charge
with the way he refuses to score points or play offense, the under( at 57) is probably the smarter bet...but what do I know ???

Yeah I declined the offered bet, but told him I will buy him lunch if Syracuse wins.

FWIW ESPN does a matchup predictor and they say SU has a 52.7% chance to win and UConn 47.3%, this based on the "ESPN Power Index":

I may be totally wrong but I don't think it will be a close game. I think UConn comes ot much more aggressive in the first half offensively and beats the orange by a couple of touchdowns.
