UCLA

[RutherfordBHayes]

UCLA with a university budget of nearly $7 billion in Los Angeles, California, a metro area of around thirteen million people has port-a-johns against the fence at their baseball field and a metal shed in the corner.

Multiple port-a-Johns and a metal shed for $7 billion

That’s fairly frugal for California government spending.

Aren't Dodgers fans notorious for showing up in the 3rd & leaving by the 7th inning stretch?

[aTotal360]

I think that's every fanbase in LA.

[Dawgzilla]

In Atlanta, the fans usually don't show up until October.
