Man they absolutely got obliterated against Utah tonight. Was not competitive for even 1 minute.

UCLA only ran the ball for 50 yards and the yardage difference for the game was
UCLA 269
Utah 536

They had some wins there for a few weeks, but tonight's game was flat out ugly, ugly, ugly. UCLA is NOT anywhere close to turning the corner yet.

But but but Fleck did it. Kelly is such a failure.

And to think, we lost a LB recruit to UCLA because they were showing more progress.

It’s whatever, he gone. But why would a kid from Georgia parents want him on the west coast?

Don't know. That is what came out after he committed there. I was just stunned at how ugly that game was tonight. Some of the worst college football I have seen this year by any team. 70+ plus plays and only 3.7 yards average a play....that would make me puke if I was a fan.

Hopefully the UCLA message board has a breathless groupie around to provide non-stop finger waggings for anyone who is disappointed in the progress Chip Kelly has made there.

UCLA was going to to score early and make it more competitive, Qb fumbled for a pick up 6, wheels came off at Utah.

Bruins have still shown a lot more progress than Nebraska, and they can recruit.

Had money on Utah so I watched the game. UCLA moves the ball pretty easily against a great Utah defense. But man, their freshman QB made the most horrible turnovers. Three fumbles in the Utah red zone.

I’m sure Lyftism is trying to draw some sort of comparison in his endless attempt to lift up Frost, but I’m not seeing it.

What???

They haven’t shown much progress on the field:
Last year they were 3-9
And this year they are 4-6.

As for recruiting:
Last year, they were #44 with a 2.76 star average.
This year, they are #33 with a 3.06 star average.

Maybe one day they'll get another Terry Donahue, they were pretty good under him. Or maybe Urb will get California fever and take a shot if Kelly can't truly turn things around there.;)

Why is this thread not about Utah. Utah is killing it and a legitimate Playoff contender.
