Tyler Herro Appreciation Thread

[ukfan693]

Dude has been unfairly **** on all season by half of this board. He was fantastic today.

[wobycat]

He sucks

[I bleed big blue]

Love em. Follow shot more. Game only get more consistent.

[BlueBloodKyFan73]

Kid was flat out bad *** today.

[RoyKent]

I’ve given him a lot of trouble. Mostly because we all know what he can do.

Big props to him today though. Great game for him. (Shot at end of first half was still dumb though )

[slam212121]

White guys can jump!!

[anon1763419335]

killed it today. thought our guards would play well and they did. we missed a ton of open 3s too...could have been a 20+ win easy.

Calipari was on the hot seat three weeks ago too. Some are impossible to please.

Racist much?

Change the title op to hagans and herro appreciation thread. If hagans doesn’t play the way he did today we don’t win. Herro was instrumental as well but hagans set him up big time. Both are studs

[sam_o]

Best player on the team. Said it all year

[Big BlueBeard]

He is so offensively gifted. And his D keeps getting better. Love his game and watching him grow on the court.

Without Herro we lose
And one play was ran for him

I do suspect that's where "some" of the Herro hate is coming from.

[Wall2Boogie]

True, but if hagans doesn’t play the way he did today, we lose also. Hagans had to run the show today and get everyone in place and did a good job of that and driving to the basket at will

[jackcarlson]

he is not our best player, but he IS our most important one. This team goes, as Herro goes.

[EmCats3]

Was going to say best player on the floor but it’s a toss up between him and Hagans. Complete performance by everyone today and if Herro plays like this, I like our chances in March.

[Kycatspaws]

Well done!

Nope. It’s white boy day.

Wrong again.

[westerncat]

24 points (10-13 FG, 4-6 3PT)

[KyFord]

Very proud of Tyler, great game

[ORCAT10]

Tyler can play. Much more than just a shooter. Does not lack for confidence- unlike some fans.

[WildmanWilson_rivals]

I love his hustle. He’s always moving and working. Well rounded player.

[Kycatspaws]

Tyler Herro was named the Most Valuable Player of today’s Kentucky vs. Louisville game by the Bluegrass Sports Commission (BSC). Herro had a career-high 24 points on 10-of-13 shooting from the floor along with five rebounds and two steals in the Cats’ 71-58 win. :basketball:

[jackcarlson]

Wrong again.

you keep telling me I am wrong, but Herro keeps proving me right

[TomTraubertsBlues]

Looks like a WWE belt.

[Burly]

Suck it Matt Jones and Ryan Lemond - they type cast white players - automatically say they can't play D. Herro is a bad ***

[KyLegacyBBN]

MVP with a win against Loserville....well done Sir, well done.

[hotelblue]

most posters knew he just hadn’t hit shots. didn’t see too many posters worry about it actually.

[Cawood86_rivals]

His best game and not just because of points. Played under control. Played good defense. Didn't just settle for jump shots. Starting to get much more comfortable.

[Beatle Bum]

Tyler works hard on defense and is starting to play smarter. He looked like one of the best players on the floor today.

Have stuck with the kid while idiots here **** talked him. Makes me wonder about some of our fans BB IQ because if you couldn't see this kid was a baller from the start I don't know what you were watching. Sure the 3 wasn't falling, but that happens to shooters all the time. Coaches monkeyed with his shot, but he stuck with it and as they say to shooters just kept shooting. Kid will be huge for us this year. Glad that crap is over. At least I would hope by now it is.

[slam212121]

In your own mind.

He was the best player.

[School boy]

He is coming around. He played great today!!!

[Beatle Bum]

He was the best player.

Good point.

[wobycat]

Herro is really good and is the best player on the team. Not the most talented but the best

[RKulmer]

Great game. Shoulda shot more as hot as he was.

[MojoYamamoto]

He was great today. Been really good all year minus shooting. But showed today what he can do when his shot is also falling. But I still think Keldon Johnson is the best player on the team.
