No it isn't. That's a teammate's mother.
But it still begs the question, why would the mother of one of Bolden's teammates suddenly follow everything involving Kentucky under the moon? Her son isn't being recruited by UK, or even getting a scout look from UK. It was just random, and it came at a time where info was coming out that Bolden was likely going to pick Kentucky.
Perhaps Bolden told his teammates, and this certain teammate told his mother, who suddenly became a Kentucky fan because of it, but that's complete speculation.
