The $70 a year just to watch Rutgers games there has been worth it over the past year with just lacrosse, field hockey and soccer. About to enjoy the hell out of both basketball teams and wrestling this winter.
No. It’s a standalone app that will install on any phone or most streaming devices like a Fire stick. It doesn’t install on my NVidia Shield but my phone can cast it to my Shield with great quality instead.
I’ll be subscribing to BTN+ for a month again. I’ve done it the last few years at the start of the season and it worked out well.
Yeah - it's the way to go. Main debate right now is get today or tomorrow lol.
I go to the BTN Plus site on my iPhone, go to the appropriate game, then use the iPhone’s Screen Mirroring capability (swipe down & across from top right corner) to select and watch on my Samsung 60 smart TV.
Good call - that was a bit of a clownshow getting it to pick up my new subscription
You can download and pay $10 per month. Have to create your account from outside of YouTube tv.
Just added on both my Droid and YouTubetv.. created account and paid via my phone.. all set.

@FrankZ How did you get it to work? I subscribed on my phone. It shows in one place that I’m subscribed (and when I click to subscribe again, it says I’m subscribed), but under profile it says no subscriptions and everything has a lock on it.
Took every bit of computer skills I had lol.
I worked my way to Restore All Purchases somehow after clicking on the locked Rutgers games (women last night, etc), That took a minute or two to propagate and then the RU lock went away.
