How many kids does Tuscola's AD have to belittle and humiliate before Tuscola takes a stand? Where are you Trevor? Ask the kids that he had at JVE about his treatment of elementary kids that he deemed beneath him, let alone high school kids. You can't be all in and win the day when you are attacking your own players confidence levels from the inside.

Tuscola has more problems other than AD, that seems irrelevant. The AD doesn't play defense, offense, or throw five interceptions in a game. Coaches shouldn't be afraid to make changes at crucial positions.

This is more than wins and losses. This has been going on for a few years. We have lost several good players for one reason or another to private schools along with a heavy concentration on daddy ball this season . I don’t see anything changing in the near future. I wish them well in every way. Maybe one day they will get back to the product on the field being the most important thing again.

I know what happened but airing it out on here never goes well.. Not saying you are wrong because you aren’t. And the others commenting in here are right as well.

I understand what you're saying, I'm not aware of any details of what happened, but also, I don't know that an AD has anything to do with those players leaving for private schools, that is happening at nearly every public school around WNC regardless of Coach or AD. The product on the field is seriously lacking, there is talent and enthusiasm there but something isn't adding up right now and I'm sure they are all feeling some pressure due to the lack of improvement and success.

I wasn’t implying he was the cause of those players leaving I’m saying there is so much stuff going on that all around ,the program is suffering because of it. Plus you hire someone with a winning percentage of roughly 35%? Bad decisions/ daddy ball / all around conflict and you have the Tuscola football program in its current state

Well, if you guys are going to sit around and complain about it go tell them how to coach and do their jobs. Just remember to put some lotion on your elbows so they don't know y'all are the fence post coaches on Friday nights. Go Mounties

Let's face it. That place is a dumpster fire. They have an AD who is a petulant child and a Coach who is what he has always been, a 29% winning Coach. (No offense Nueman, he was a 29% winning Coach when hired. He probably appreciates you giving him a few extra wins) The Administration makes zero headway in hiring someone competent to fill any positions. They handle the Administrative duties much like the football staff, no adjustments and no changes for the whole year. The new Principal has Triad Area ties, she needs to use them and get a real Coach and AD on board. Two of the former head coaches at Tuscola were from there, Tommy Pursley and Steve Hodgins. They were two of the best ever. They are never going to win with a guy running Mark Speir's outdated offense and anemic ole' defense from the seven year failed experiment from the Western Carolina days. Nice guy, but he can't coach at all. Just calling it like it is.

Facts are facts nole ! As for the lotion I’ll have to rub it on my a$$ cause I can’t stand for an entire game at my age! Reality I was hoping we might win a game or two this year🤣 why I gave him a couple of points!

We have former Tuscola Head Coach down at East Gaston and he looks to be doing a good job. I've heard he got a raw deal at Tuscola.
