It may go to overall record or record against the best conference opponent. I think we need UH to win and hope they lose at UConn or vs Memphis and we win out.
Not overall record. Something more along the lines of record vs best conference opponent, until there isn't a tie for the record against best conference opp.

I dont think the Americans tiebreaker is like other conferences. I believe the first tiebreaker is win/loss record and then head to head. Or at least that's how the list is ordered on all the places I've looked. So either way we'd need to win out and have both teams lose one game. I could be wrong though

For us to be number 1 both of them have to lose 1 and we win out. If that doesn’t happen the only thing we can get is a first round bye and we can do that with 1 Tulsa win or an SMU loss

Tied for 1st with UH and Cincy but, Cincy has the tiebreaker over us. Don’t know about UH tiebreaker.
So win out and we share the conference championship no matter what Houston and Cincinnati do the rest of the way. It'd be nice to raise a legit banner in the DonRey next season. We might end up the 2nd seed in the conference tournament on tie-breakers but I don't care. The road as a 2nd seed is not going to be that much different than the 1 seed. We all know every team in this conference can beat any other team in this conference on any given night. We've seen it all season. Tulane and ECU beating SMU, one of them beat Cincy. UCF has won some games against the top teams and we all know UCONN and Temple pull magic games out of their over-hyped a$$es all the time.

And to win the tournament championship, you will likely have to beat Houston or Cincinnati and likely both.

I say we need Houston to win that game as they have a harder schedule than Cincinnati.

houston
@UConn
Memphis

cincinnati
@USF
Temple
We're all giving Cincinnati that game against USF. That's not going to be a gimme for them. USF has shown they can be a tough team to play especially in Tampa.
