I was pleased to see igbanu step up today. He’s been on my doo doo list lately but he sacked up today for sure.

That injury was a big deal. He’s just now back to form. I wonder if this will be somewhat analogous to Shaq Harrison’s sophomore year where he wasn’t great at start, but by the end many believed he was our best player.

I hope you’re right. Him playing well will be a huge help against better teams later in conference play.

Looks like he left the Rockets on 82. I remember him there because the late 70s early 80s was when I followed the NBA most closely.

Both teams shot horrid. We were working those boards though. Got the win which is all that really matters anyway

Ugly win is beautiful! Igbanu starting to step up like he did toward the end of last season. Getting Jeffries back into the mix will make the team even better.

After the Prairie View game I thought we might only win six conference games. I'm much more hopeful now.

We just passed the first test in winning the "TU Cup." Next test is Jan. 17 at Temple!

He was a terrific player for the Rockets.

Did he play with Steve Harris there?
I don't remember him with the Rockets, but I'm pretty sure he was Pressey's teammate with the Bucks.
He definitely played with the Bucks in the 80’s. I think he also coached the Bucks for a while along with some other stops (Clippers and Lakers?). He’s a good coach. Another year and Tulane will be a threat for the top half of the league.
