They had dozens upon dozens of phone calls, including late at night. I don’t know which exactly are alleged to be the issue, but it’s all phone calls….

Both Tucker and Tracey completely deleted all text messages between each other, so no written record before or after phone calls.

Tucker should be fired because he’s a moron and he lied to the MSU admin, but not all is as it seems here, imo.

You are correct in that the he/said she said cases with no other witnesses and no physical evidence of trauma can be impossible to figure out.

The fact of this case that inclines me to believe the lady here is that Tuck cancelled her next speaking event with the team, an assistant claiming that they had double booked.

That’s fine.

Tucker claims he was unhappy with Tracy trashing his wife/discussing their marriage to her circle and it led to tensions in their relationship, which likely led to the cancellation.

And heck, has anyone checked what the team was doing that day and if there was indeed a double booking?

It’s ok to believe what folks wanna believe, but I just don’t think it’s black and white, good vs. bad. We should all be pretty cognizant of these things given our recent debacle here.

I thought I read it happened on two phone separate phone calls? Was that not the case? If so, that would make her reaction ever more difficult to comprehend.

I'm pretty sure it only happened once and then Tucker (not Tracy) broke off communications. She apparently tried to reach him several times after that incident / occurrence. Not sure about the timing relative to the canceled event.

There is little doubt that Tucker was pursuing an "extra-marital" sexual relationship with Tracy.

So thats one of the few facts that are clear...

But the thing is, if I know that, then Miss Tracy presumably knew it too.
