I hate those as a home game. Seems like you never get to relax pre-game.

However...great for the visiting team. Both teams will be equally "sleepy" at the beginning, which favors a good running team. It also will keep those taco tossers drinking in check before the game.

Better for us since its 11 AM their time, much more likely for Tech to be a little sleepy, not the other way around for the eastern team traveling west.

Noon kickoff - get home early enough to watch other games (and our highlights every time they are shown).

3:30pm kickoff - Still get home at a decent hour, and more time to tailgate.

7pm kickoff - All day to tailgate.

As long as it's Mountaineer game day, I don't care what time they kick off.

For home games I prefer a 7pm kickoff. Getting a bunch of females ready for game day is a pain....no urgency at all. Now a day of shopping....

My favorite away time for viewing a game is 3:30. It gives me time to get stuff done (cut grass, shop, chores, etc) before I shut it down.

Noon games are fine when we win. Then I'm relaxed watching football the rest of the evening. A loss at noon really sucks. A loss sucks anytime but really sucks at noon
