TS7 named team captain.

By his teammates. That’s impressive

Good to hear. Also think it’s hilarious for some reason that one of the captains is the backup punter.

[PCHSDawg]

I agree. Gives me a better feeling about the team buying in to him starting.

one of the few guys not suspended for game one

Very good sign.

He's also the holder for the placekicker, correct?

He's a very popular guy among the team. I'm not surprised at all by his election.

Moorhead said the vote was overwhelming. Could that be another reason for KT to look to transfer?

I understand what you are saying, but the team loves KT for as much as I can see. KT has been an absolute MSU champion. No need to run the man down. He basically did every thing he could do to make MSU better by all accounts. I salute the young man and I hope he stays or goes. Either way, I want him to succeed in football and life. No need to say anything even barely against his character or his legacy here at State.

I don’t think we’ve seen many, if any, folks running KT down. A few idiots maybe, but you can’t pay any attention to the poop flingers.

I do believe he may not be suited to be a successful QB at the SEC level, unless it is a system that is uniquely designed to fit his specific skill set. That’s ok, though, as most humans on Planet Earth aren’t suited to play QB in the SEC. He’s by all accounts a great kid and a hard worker and I hope he does well either at State or wherever he ends up.
