Well, I think head to head UK has done pretty well against Louisville in most sports. However, I think Louisville has had more success in the post season than UK. Louisville has been to at least one or two final fours and played for a title in women's basketball. UK went to the FF last year. In baseball I think UK and Louisville split last year, but Louisville has been to I believe 2 college world series. The women's softball team for UK went to the softball world series last year, and I don't think Louisville has done as well. Volleyball, UK has had a whole lot of success, but has always been topped by top teams in the tournament. Not sure that Louisville is great at volleyball. UK track has done extremely well lately, but don't think Louisville has. UK has also had some very good tennis teams lately.
As of right now UK is 63rd in the men's capital one cup and 30th in the women's. Louisville is 33rd in the women's, but unranked in the men's. Looks like Louisville finished pretty high in women's field hockey and women's swimming and diving. Not sure how the standings came out last year.
