This is controversial? Good grief.

Sheryl Crow is not pulling any punches in response to Jason Aldean’s controversial new single, “Try That in a Small Town.” In a post on Twitter, Crow asserts that the singer is out of step with the public mood and should know better.

“I’m from a small town,” Crow wrote. “Even people in small towns are sick of violence. There’s nothing small-town or American about promoting violence. You should know that better than anyone having survived a mass shooting. This is not American or small town-like. It’s just lame.”

Don't try your blue city bullcrap in my backyard, there won't be a problem. She's right, we're tired of violence.

CMT pulls Jason Aldean's music video after accusations of being 'pro-lynching'

Same people who committed murder on music row.... not so much a Jason Aldean fan .
He's right that antifa crap wouldn't fly in my town . It didn't happen in small towns here in NJ. As a matter of fact the biker clubs lined the streets of one small town here during the summer of mostly peaceful antifa riots.

I don't think she listened to the song.

I agree with Dog. Not that good of a song, and it's certainly been overblown and nothing near what it's being made out to be.

If they’re freaking out about Aldean, they’d lose their minds if they’d ever heard Creed Fisher.

It's ok, it's Aldeen though, it can only be so good. But controversial? This should've caught heat before that song.

I liked it . Understand his sentiment. I understand and a gree with Aldean . Small town people even in blue states of all races think different than city people.
