Free speech has been indicted. Read this section of the indictment. It acknowledges that Trump has the right to say, even falsely, the results were fraudulent and claim he won the election. That’s protected by the First Amendment. But the indictment says he can’t lie about election fraud. So they must prove Trump didn’t believe his speech. And then, I would think, they’d need to indict every politician who lies (need to build more jails) about election results (Clinton, Kerry, Abrams). The DOJ has criminalized politics. And because, who is to decide the truth, criminalized free speech.

This is not correct. They did plan to go up there and have the swing states sent back to the state legislatures to investigate the irregularities that occurred but that never happened due to the false flag event concocted by the establishment to ensure no real debate occurred and to demonize maga republicans from that day forward.

They attempted a coup on him and no one is going down. Do you not understand that? They subverted the will of the people using the power of the government itself. Do you not understand that?

All of this is stupid anyway. It is speech protected by the first amendment and will go the supreme court where it will be overturned anyway. That is if Trump doesn't win. If he wins he will pardon himself. And if you come at the king, you best not miss.

It is not protected when you know it's false. When you continue to spread lies that you use to attempt to subvert the will of the voters that's illegal. Also interesting how none of you debate that he knew it was a lie. You apparently are fine with that.

It never ceases to amaze me that you guys truly don't understand what "Freedom of Speech" means.

Alleen Cannon is an esteemed and impartial judge end of sentence.
The 11th Circuit disagrees

"The 11th Circuit also emphasized that granting the special master review of the seized documents represented a “dramatic and unwarranted” overreach by the lower court’s authority, and that allowing the ruling to stand would upend the legal system:

The law is clear. We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so. Either approach would be a radical reordering of our case law limiting the federal courts’ involvement in criminal investigations. And both would violate bedrock separation-of-powers limitations.
The opinion went further still in its smackdown of Cannon’s decision, noting that “the district court stepped in with its own reasoning” more than once, providing legal arguments in support of Trump’s lawsuit that the former president’s lawyers had not made themselves."

That 11 circuit court (compromised of two Trump appointees, and one by George W) is obviously deep state.

Sounds like you agree that since nothing has happened to the J6 judge, you're using MAGA militia attacks against a fair and impartial judge.

Nope because I am right and you are wrong. Cannon is honest and the Obama judge is not. Its that simple.

How is the J6 judge not honest? Have any of her rulings been rebuked by a circuit court?
By her deplorable behaviour toward J6 defendents on multiple occasions alone. She also has a conflict of interest due to working with Hunter and Trump being his political opponent.

Oh got it! You're mad at her for correctly ruling against traitors to our country.

What does Hunter Biden have to do with Jan 6th?

Just because your side is wholly corrupt doesn't mean the other side is. Most judges are able to fairly adjudicate cases regardless of who they've known in the past.
This is not the J6 thread.

Then don't pull Hunter Biden into it. He's not some ubiquitous Rasputin with mystic tentacles wrapped around every judicial ruling you oppose.

He is whatever they need him to be for the current narrative. At some points he's a bumbling coked out moron, other times, genius pulling strings around the world.
