I hear that a sitting POTUS can't be indicted but he can be impeached. Mindless post by you btw.
To sharpen the point, it is a DOJ policy that a sitting POTUS should not be indicted, not a law. The Constitution is silent on this, and the Supreme Court has not directly addressed it.

If the Democrats find enough votes to impeach Trump, it'll be interesting if they call back all the witnesses they don't want anyone to hear from now during their "inquiry"?
