My pay grade being $0.00, I've been thinking approximately the same thing wrt the interrogation about next year's starting line-up. lol
As we saw this year, an arguably wider range of things can derail freshmen. Based on everything I've read, seen, and heard, Duval would start from day 1 barring any of that stuff. If Grayson returns, it's hard not to see him in the starting line-up, but if part of his trouble this season involved being surpassed by Luke, his return would almost certainly mean a new humility that would embrace the 6th man spot, too. Frank would make a strong case for a 3-guard starting line-up. If we get Knox, Trent's minutes could get squeezed some, though he's certainly big enough we should expect to see him at the "3." Carter is going to see time at the 5. He just is. We all know this. Whether we like the prospect of his being the primary 5 is a matter of opinion we'll surely debate anytime we lose, but everyone should not accept, but approve of his seeing some time there. I'd love Vrank to be a big contributor, but should Quis start at the 5, anyone w/ the cookie cutter mentality that Vrank and only Vrank can sub for him is not ready for line-up discussions beyond the elementary school lunch table.
