Travis Ford coaching St Louis

[mhroe1984]

Don’t know anything about the guy as far as his personality goes since I’ve never had any interactions with him, but several people all attest to him being a complete and total ******* so I’ll assume they’re all telling the truth.

Anyway, I’m still baffled by people who call into KSR and the pre game shows and always throw his name out there as the next guy to replace Calipari when he calls it quits. He hasn’t exactly set the world on fire with his coaching record and his 1-5 overall record in the NCAA Tournament speaks for itself. Ford has never been past the 2nd round of the tournament and yet people think that because he played at UK he should be a serious candidate to coach here. Ain’t happening!

The Royal We, man? Your loss.

Kyle Macey & Louis Dampier we’re both as nice as could be. Louis was as regular a dude as you ever met.

Never met Rajon Rondo but I hear he’s an absolute treasure

I met Ed Davender once...he walked into my room with his buddy who I guess was our RA for the week at Rick Pitino camp. He was wearing this jumpsuit that was covered from head to toe with Mercedes emblems. Davender, not Pitino.

Anybody hear the Jack Givens story floating around about a month ago? I won’t repeat it and probably shouldn’t have mentioned it. If you heard it you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Oh, I met Travis Ford once too. Surprisingly, he was a sarcastic jerk.
