Does anyone have opinion on Transgender Athletes competing with Females. I had not payed enough attention and thought that this was something that was just in very Liberal States. However I just found out that the SC School Superintendent in South Carolina is allowing Transgenders(Men) to compete with Girls in SC. If you are liberal in South Carolina, don't you basically have to agree with your Party?

I could care a less one way or the other. I can see points on both sides, but it doesn't have an affect on my life at all.
Maybe some of the "Men" opting out and hitting the transfer portal should, become "Transgendered" and enter the "Women's" Portal where they are "guaranteed" to be able to play. This is "Nuts" right? I doubt any of the guys have the "balls" to do it though.

If you support title 9, then you should not support men competing in women's sports. Ruins the integrity of the competition and diminishes opportunities for girls in athletics. Once some poor girl gets smashed in wrestling and guys start blowing away track and field records things will change
That’s a very selfish way to view it IMO. I likely won’t have it affect my life either but don’t think it should be allowed and affect anyone’s life.

My short opinion is that it's a complicated and delicate issue that has no good solution. I have sympathy for the kids on both sides of it.
