Going to first SEC tourney next week. Not interested in Wednesday, Thursday session. What is the best way to secure tics for Friday, Saturday and possibly Sunday?

I don't know your situation, but for good value tickets, hang out at the arena on Thursday and buy the remaining books off the fans of the losing teams. You will pay pennies on the dollar.

I was offered lower level books for $800 each. I passed on them. I only go to the UK games and I can always find better deals on the street.

Those are still available as of this morning. he had 8 books. Sec 103, Row S. A friend bought 2 books. So he should have 6 left. He plans to put them on stub hub if no one buys them. They are going for $1100 there.

Typically we pick up losers tickets in the arena or on the street outside. Early round tickets are cheap, I've gotten them for practically nothing just to get in the arena and pickup losers tickets for the later rounds to see UK play.

Stubhub and other secondary options are available obviously. There's been a couple of occasions where I've gotten better deals there vs on the street. Just kind of depends.

In Nashville during the undefeated season run, tickets were outrageously high. The whole weekend probably cost me nearly $1k including game tickets, hotel and food. But had a great time!!!

We went to Nashville in 2019 and never got tickets. Very frustrating. Demand was so high and nobody was selling theirs after the early games. Scalpers didn’t even have any to sell. Couldn’t find them at any price! Still had fun there. Not much to do in Tampa if you can’t get in to the arena.

I don't know how you get by that cheap!! Good on you, though. It costs us around $3K in Nashville. But we stay downtown. Once we park when we get there we don't get back in the car until time to come home.

Looking at about $6K in Tampa including flights. Staying downtown there too. The Sheraton Riverwalk.

One additional point... I live in Nashville and have been to the SEC Tourney a few times. DO NOT WEAR YOUR UK GEAR, or anything blue/white when looking for tickets. I've seen the price skyrocket for UK fans, and I've seen some people flat out refuse to sell them to a Kentucky fan.

There's almost no one there except UK fans. And certainly the only buyers are UK fans. If UK loses you can't give tickets away.

Go on Wednesday and buy a ticket off of the street for the games - they are usually cheap.

Then, buy your book off of the loser, as someone has suggested. This is the best way that I have found to get inexpensive tickets for the UK games. DO NOT wear any UK paraphernalia. They will mark up the price ;}..

I don’t know. I was there in 2019, and was near impossible to find tickets for Semi-final game with Tennessee.

Because we were playing. After we lost I tried to sell my lower level seats for sunday. I finally did but at a huge loss.
