Depends on your definition of tough. On the court, I'd go with Epps. Who do I want on my side in a fight? Gimme Eric Bledsoe.

There are quite a few to fit that role, But to me Cliff Hawkins was tough and smooth and underrated.

I always thought that Roger Hardin was a tough nut. I liked how he would never look at Sutton........when getting reamed.

Aren't we lucky to follow a program where 20 UK fans will give 19 different answers to this question. Epps is my personal all time favorite Wildcat so I'll go with him. Played in two national championship games. Combined Jr and Sr years for 368 assists 123 steals and 237 rebounds in 76 total contests.
Epps was the glue of the 96 team. My 2nd favorite wildcat ever..

You sir are in the presence of greatness. Cats1again=towns walk screams lazy. The other legend that is back is rayordar. When ramel bradley was here he ran into him on campus and gave Gina few pointers on shooting better. It was an epic thread. He was dead serious which made it better.

As for two tough PGs I'll go hawkins and rondo

Man I really hope he didn't actually do that. I rememeber the thread. It's been a while. Didn't he have a guy on an old cell phone as his avatar?

I mean how do you not just laugh at that? If I were standing beside that exchange I'd lose it. Watching Bradly being nice entertaining his ideas while trying not to laugh at some 5'6 235 lbs dude "shootsplainin" would be goat.

Not to take away from him you @cats#1again , Royader might be Goat but you my boy are legend.

Not the best. Not your favorite. Which point guard do you think was the physically toughest of all time here? I go back to the mid 80's, so I can't speak to anyone before that.

I'm going with Sean Woods.
Michael Porter- One tough/ very thicked skinned kid after all the boo birds yelling at him....

How in the hell could someone put Epps ahead of Turner? That doesn't even remotely make sense.

Wayne Turner played the point 151 times in a UK uniform. He was tough enough for me. Played in 3 national championship games in a row. Epps was there with him in the early part and for his time, 141 games. Both these two were very tough, and the blitzing pace they played at on both ends, constantly looking to trap all up and down the floor on defense, all throughout the games, all throughout the seasons . . . the level of fitness required of them. The two toughest point guards I've seen in a UK uniform.

I'll address you clowns one last time.
As funny as it ended up being it was about time I was wrong around here. Doesn't happen often
Towns was an overweight soft senior ,looked like it killed him to put one foot in front of the other and take a freaking step. That's not opinion, that's a fact. The kid was chubby. When he hit the weight room good god did he become a brute though.
That's been at least 3 years ago and this clown wall 2 boogie things he's cool bringing it up at least once a week.
Nobody cares. Especially being that you have some of the most laughable posts on here. "Is bam coming back"? Have you been hiding in a cave the last 6 years? Our freshman leave. They don't come back. Keep wishing on one hand while reality smacks the shi* out of ya
