Fred Hill’s and Mike Rice’s squads beat ranked teams at home almost yearly
Yes . It’s a great venue as we all know . It’s a tough place to play for opponents . Now that we have a good team , we are almost unbeatable in that place

MSU?
Great venue but I’d put it behind the Rac
Illinois + Indiana legit
Barn underated
Crisler can get loud
Maryland moving from Cole really dampened the crowd noise
Kohl Center very underated
You are on the money with Maryland and closing down the cole center. Someone needs to tell the powers that be at rutgers to not build a new arena and go down the same path.

How tough is UCLA and USC arenas?
USC almost never fills the Galen Center. They are a football school all the way. When their is a big time visitor and UCLA is playing well Pauley has a great atmosphere. However, those circumstances don't happen often and UCLA also struggles to fill the arena. UCLA fans are very spoiled.

I enjoyed the Twitter replies. Lots of grudging respect for the RAC in the league.

They all look like fun atmospheres on TV. The RAC atmosphere the last 3 years has been ridiculous. I went to sleep with my ears ringing one night after this past season.

And we'll be visiting the other 4 this year - Purdue/Illinois away only, and MSU/Indiana home-and-home.

Take us out, and looking at it only as RU toughest road venues, I'd probably add Iowa.... just because of the amount of leeway Fran is given at home, and the foul disparity they rack up at Carver.
