Lot of truth in that statement. Norte Dame will be a very good test. Next game has me worried. The Mountaineers are capable and have the ability to beat ND.

Tournament games have always been tough but they are getting tougher. These mid majors are so much better than the old days.

Also careless turnovers don't help either. But hey, it's a win and there are no ugly wins in March. Survive and advance.

The so-called mid-majors rely on the basketball teams. They are not football centric. They are not oriented the same way we all think of it... and do quite well in BB.

The last few years anything other than 1-16 games haven't been cakewalks for most. You're playing a champion of a D1 conference in a situation you know they will Super Bowl the game (think Marshall games in Charleston). Any win is a good win.
