Sadly agree.. OSU needs the playoff spot and big scores are one way to make a statement. And the way the announcers were talking at the end of that game.. they are campaigning for LSU to jump OSU.. and Bama may stay in at 4.

Suppose Minny wins out and OSU wins out and Minny beats OSU in the Big Ten Championship... a similar scenario in the SEC and they'd be screaming that both teams need be in... but we have seen that committee find ways to keep OSU out before in favor of a 2nd SEC team.

OSU needs to stay up there. They will look to be a scoring machine. But we may have single digit passing attempts in an effort to run clock.. I hope not.. but its possible.
