Interesting take and interesting who liked this post. You all sure you’re Kentucky fans? I already know a few are strictly Calipari fans, which is fine and they have the right to be that type of fan.

I opened this thinking it was a discussion on our draft position. However, if you don’t start with Brad Stevens, you are not doing your job. I don’t care how far down the line we have to go, you start with the biggest fish and make them say no first. I would go Brad Stevens, Billy Donovan, Jay Wright, Mark Few, and Tony Bennett as my top 5.

I think your concerns are misguided when they are spent on an over paid coach who created this mess. How about placing them on the kids that careers are getting screwed up by a coach with an oversized ego. He plays mind games with these kids and when one breaks, he publicly humiliates the kid to his enjoy and then suggest that its the fans who are unfair to them.

At this point the most important quality a future coach can provide is familiarity with the UK program. The next guy needs to be fully aware of UK legacy and tradition.
