Tokyo Suggestions

I'm heading to Tokyo at the end of the month for three days on my way to Singapore, any things I need to make sure I don't miss? I know for sure I'm gonna do the Tsukiji fish market, a damn good sushi dinner and some of the temples. Any recs?
