I have yet to see a human being who isnt an omnivore. If people have ethical concerns that's one thing, but there is 0 evidence to support vegans and vegetarians are healthier than their omnivore counterparts.
There's a reason the cave man invented/discovered fire. He was tired of eating raw meat

So what did you think? Did you like it better than real turkey?

Well turns out i'm an idiot..there was no tofurkey, turns out she thinks it sucks to. She was always going to make a vegetarian casserrole and she did and it was amazing and I misunderstood the deal. She also had zero family there but opened her home to my family and extended family and it was a fantastic day.

I hope you and everyone else here had an equally special day....and I hope Box's and his feline friends enjoyed their pizza.

I can sort of understand people that don't eat beef because cows are kind of like big dogs and that could be troublesome. Pigs....you're starting to get a little bit out there. Not eating birds is definitely crossing the line into crazyville. Fish? Fish don't have a soul, personality, or any other redeeming qualities beyond catch and eat so I can't see any realistic moral objection, you're just stupid. Vegan is the epitome of delusion. If a person won't eat cheese because of ethical concerns, there has to be some synapses that aren't firing correctly.

I don't know anything about tofurkey, it sounds kind of scary, but I enjoy eating a veggie burger every once in a while.

I don't expect, nor do I want, it to taste like a hamburger. I consider them to be their own thing. It seems like the ones that have black beans are usually pretty good.

I have no problem with people who choose to eat food that taste like hell or where you need to put a whole host of ingredients on it to try to make it taste like the real thing. My problem comes when these dip ***** (and they will) start demanding that you eat what they do for the health benefits, ethical benefits, etc. That’s the way these things always trend - so I will enjoy the real thing as long as I can.

Vegan cheese actually tastes just as good as real cheese.

I don't think most vegetarians spend to much time worrying about what you or I eat. You only think they do because the one's who are cra cra yell the loudest so you think they're all like that, my experience says they are not.

vegetarians have their place, I like steak, lobster, pork chops...all the good stuff
but if everyone like 1 particular thing the price goes up if there's limited supply.
but if everyone but me disliked 1 particular thing, the price also might go up because nobody would have the monetary incentive to produce it. (they won't build 1 shrimp boat and crew just for me, plus I don't think I could keep up with all that shrimp but with some ketchup and horseradish I could try...)

so there's a balance, the vegetarians purpose in life, is to keep the price of the good stuff reasonable.
