Good play by Thompson there converting. Then a good throw for the TD. I think the difference between him and Adrian Martinez will be stark.

Not gonna get into a comparison with us but imo AM is good with his legs but not the best passer. From what I saw of Thompson last year at Texas he’s a solid to good passer. Keep the TOs down, another issue with AM, and they can be good.

Having said that, AM is the qb at KSU this year and I see quite a few lofty predictions for them this year.

Just going by the eye test. Maybe they both are. Nebraskas Oline is nasty and they have a better QB

This game is not over… NW is going to get really aggressive on O this drive and then start blitzing on D. Both teams are going to be in the 40’s….

That screen play was made by both lineman they both engaged a would be tackler. This is where most would say great cut by the RB but it was the lineman who sprung him free.
