I will laugh my *** off if Illinois bears Iowa Wednesday and that loss combined with this one knocks the Hawkeyes out of the tournament.

Kids played with heart. Happy for them and congratulations to the crowd that showed up. Great attendance and the fans still care. Now let's see if this can carry over to the tournament. Who knows.

Pavelka actually called the end of the game by screaming "GOD BLESS TIM MILES!"

Seriously?

No matter what transpired this season, man that win was enjoyable. The team, hopefully, can see what comes out of hustle and effort (also some timely three point shooting).

Glad for Miles and the seniors to leave the court a winner.

First in with: “if Thor had just been the designated defensive stopper/rim protector all year, who knows how this season would have played out???”

Actually Moos will probably use this improbable win to retain HC TM you can thank us later.

If he’s retained it will not be because of this game. It will be because no one he wants will want to take this job.

Then I am not only happy for the Nebraska players, especially Watson and Borchart, I’m happy that they made it possible to crush Iowa’s hopes.
Sooo this win keeps the NIT in play as a possibility. IF we can win a game in the B1G tourney we should probably make the NIT...

We could potentially still make the NIT, correct? Although I'm glad Miles will be gone after this year, I'm happy for the seniors.

Yeah you have to give the team credit for fighting back from 16 down. They got a lot of help from Iowa, but it would have been easy to just slip into garbage time mode.

Did Thor block that last shot? I couldn't understand the announcer.

I think that inbounds steal and assist from Trueblood was a huge momentum shifter. We just kept clawing and climbing from there.

I thought that was what Kugler said, but I’m not 100 percent sure.

At the risk of being a Harris fanboy, he played great defense on Bohanan at the end of regulation and terrific post defense after Roby fouled out. And he made a big bucket at the end.
