Agreed. Ya know, Bo Ryan is one of Cal’s coaching “buddies”. Cal is soft as Charmin any time he goes against one of these said “buddies”. It’s almost like he completely loses his competitive edge and fire. Anyone else ever noticed that or is it just me? Just like Rick Barnes, for example.
i’ve noticed and i’ve openly posted that he’s soft. It drives me insane when he says “you know-look Rick is a great coach and friend” meanwhile, Barnes is surprised cal is even his friend. Like dude Rick is beating your **** in and everytime we play and lose, you come out and say “well, look I see it this way, Rick is a great friend of mine and coach and he got his guys to do some things we really struggled with today”

The talent is getting more and more spread out every year ..you think Benny can overcome that ? His record — the undeniable facts - no , no he can’t . Our program called flat lined on national TV by some of the most respected people in basketball . Totally embarrassing .Stick a fork in Cal, has he stumbled up any steps lately?

If you compared this years UK team, to the teams playing the tournament,then it’s painfully obvious how soft we were! Boys playing men,and our boys would wilt! We need some dogs like Oregon State, not a 5* amongst them!
Kenny Smith really hates UK. He is probably the happiest person in the room now that Kentucky has flatlined. He is the type that will spit on our grave.
I once heard of a coach who said he would prefer to be the "most hated winningest coach than the most loved losing coach"
That is the type of coach the University of Kentucky needs. If they hate you in coaching, you are doing something right because you beat their butt.
It doesn't matter whether you listen to them or not.Most of the TNT crew don’t watch college basketball all year or keep up with it & im suppose to listen to what they think
The majority of the basketball world listens to them and what they say actually matters because they have a huge audience and are influencers in the sports world.
I liked it better when they hated him and we won games, seems like there was some other coach here once that thought that way too, can't think of his name right now but maybe it will come to me later.
Yeah just like pro athletes that are speaking on politics, policy & China & their word holds more weight to people than experienced & educated people in that field that do it for a living. So it’s not just for sports it’s everything and you aren’t wrong at all. Lol
