Exactly, and I think we were inside the 50 on the 45 actually, so the wind wouldn't have made a difference. Maybe he was thinking kicking with the wind would stretch another 4 yard punt into a 14 yard punt. At that point in the game it was a bad call. Kicking from the 50 the wind wasn't a factor. It is a tight game and odds are you are going to need that timeout in the 4th quarter. The list of coaches who would have called a timeout in that situation is probably about 1. Good news is it worked out and was a non-issue.
