We really don't know. But from what I've seen, there are some indications that it doesn't do well with increasing heat and humidity. So, hopefully we should be good in a month or two.

Too bad we aren't buddies with Richard Burr. That 17head sold off about a million dollars of stock a week before the crash, and warned some of his big donors to do the same. All while he was telling us plebes that this thing was in hand. Traitorous 17,

I live in Orlando. It's been well over 80 degrees for about a week and a half and into the low 90s, and the cases in FL as of now are 433.

I read where it may more of a hemisphere thing. Once the entire hemisphere warms up it could drift away. What I read also made a point about a certain lines of latitude range (30-50 degrees North latitude approx.) seems to be getting hit with the worst of it. Draw a line on a map from Seattle thru NYC thru Spain, Italy and France, then right through the Middle East and Iran then into China. It lines up.

This info came from Goldman Sachs and not sure of their sourcing.

Yep,

Good move. Were you loaded up on Pipeline stocks and preferred stocks or something?

MLP's, BDC's, CEF's, HY Bonds, high dividend stocks, I flushed a bunch of things I shouldn't have but it is what is. I was thinking when the time comes

QQQ,SCHD, SPHD and a small % allocation to PCEF.

Wow yeah you had good intuition, bc especially preferreds got crushed, then oil having the worst days in history all bundled together and that's a real blood bath. Glad you avoided all that carnage.

I think as long as you have 1-2yrs of living expenses in cash already, it's okay to dip in a little more into some high quality names after you've avoided the last 20% down on the indexes.
