That’s the problem.... don’t think he’s been all that great of coach for them.

Well in fairness, per Wikipedia, he took the job in January 2020. He has not even been there a full season yet.

But point taken the pitching staff does not look too good.

I'm sure Butch Thompson has a lot of say in their coaching of pitchers just like I bet Chris Lemonis has a good bit to say in our coaching of hitters.

I met him in Los Angeles when he was still playing. It was his off day, but throwing in the pen. He sat there and talked to me for over an hour about SEC baseball and how much he loved playing at Dudy Noble. Was super nice. Give him time, they’ll be very good.
