Tim Carson steps down at Weddington

Tim Carson who is one of the best coaches in the state will step down effective immediately. He is "retiring" but has his 30 years in so expecting he will head down south to SC to continue coaching.
Great coach, class individual who turned Weddington into a powerhouse.
This job should attract a lot of attention.

SC does. He'll be in a good situation down there. Done a lot of great things for NC.

He did a great job at Weddington and will do a fantastic job wherever he goes in SC that much I do know.

Good riddance, glad to see him go. Seriously, we played them, and lost to them 3 years in a row in the playoffs. 2 of those 3 years we had the better team and he out coached us to get he win. Obviously the good riddance was a joke, this is a great coach and from everything I have heard a good person too. I wish him the very best and fully understand why he is retiring and going to SC.
