Tight rims

I’m convinced rims at msg are very tight. I think this favors the high arc shooters that Michigan has. RHJ does not arc much and he struggled. Baker lofted that last 3 pointer and made it.

lot of shots were short just hitting the tip of the rim.

Montez shots were money from 3, unfortunately he seemed to disappear again in the 2nd half

Probably true with a couple of rare, individual performance exceptions up in the Tundra Tent. Doubt had 41 (most ever by a visitor against Cuse). Was it maybe Byron Joynes who had a 20-pt career night there?

Maybe it has something to do with the players that have been recruited which has resulted in nearly 3 decades without one NCAA bid.

Certainly not making excuses but I said the same thing to my son while the team was warming up. There just wasn't much give on the rims at all.
