I mean I can’t understand the TE problem?

Rhules had a a drunk HS coach, a Grad Assistant, and a cuck coaching the position. I hate to use that word for Satterfield (I known some will be bothered) but dam is there a better one?

This position is a **** show that’s been loaded with talent. We landed zero commits @ TE in 2025 but had two in state kids commit to ACC schools. One was a 4 star and highly recruited. Maybe just maybe coaching here sucks
Haha idiot

I’m exaggerating of course, but to make a point. I think a lot of folks on here think HH is a much better athlete than what he is. I doubt he will ever be a real difference maker for us at TE. That is my point. On any top ten team he would not crack the three deep at TE.
We can’t be sure about the 3 deep of other teams. Rhule kept saying he’s too good of an athlete to not get him on the field. He wasn’t lying. Roughly 6’4” 230 lbs and runs a 4.5 a -4.6 40. That’s an impressive athlete. He’s shown a willingness to block and ability to at least make the easy catches. I’m excited to see what he can do.

You’re assuming the rumor of Satt being drunk was true. I highly doubt Rhule would tolerate that.

I think HH is going to be a pure stud at TE given what we saw late this year. I am looking forward to seeing more in 2025.

He’s talking about the Texas HS coach Rhule hired to be TE coach. He was fired for DWI before Rhule’s first game. Not Satterfield.
Ok. He was/is a drunk. I think his son was a walk on and entered the portal. He mentioned Satt though in the last line of his post.

“drunk HS coach, a Grad Assistant, and a cuck coaching the position” in reference to the 3 TE coaches Rhule has had in 2 years

Drunk HS coach = Wagner
GA = Martin
Cuck aka a weak man = Satt

not stupid. Not drunk. Just a bad in game play caller.
Satterfield is immensely stupid.

His continued employment at NU is nothing more than charity.

And it’s an obvious detriment.

We’d be better off with an actual piñata on staff.

Martin is not a G. He was a TE coach at both Arizona state and SMU . He was an analyst here. Not sure Rhule didn’t give him the job over Wager in the first place when Jake Peetze turned down Rhule for the QB position and have that to Satt .

Yea sure. Makes perfect sense.

Maybe leave the thinking to those of us whose brains aren’t mostly tapioca.

Don’t forget bingo starts at 4.

HH knew how to throw a block in the bowl game, better than one of our starters…

When healthy, the 6-foot-4, 260-pounder is your traditional hand-in-the-dirt tight end who can make an impact in both the run game as a blocker and the throw game as a receiver. In that way, he's closer to Lindenmeyer and Flynt than he is to Haarberg, who at this stage of his quarterback-to-tight end transition is more of a receiving threat than blocker, though some Boston College Eagles may disagree with that.

Markway was good enough to see backup snaps as a true freshman at LSU in 2023. He played in 12 games with one start, but is still a young, developing player who will be entering his third season of college football in 2025 with three seasons of eligibility remaining if 2024 was used to redshirt.

I saw on replay one good block he made. I loved it. Really solid contact with a good angle on the defender. But I don’t really know if he is a good blocker consistently. I guess we will see next year.
Yeah, he didn't look real good on the play at 11:05. A little stiff and kind of hesitant. Definitely a work in progress. A ridiculous cut by Johnson though.
