Read a few posts on Insta on this. Apparently, he invited her to live with him. She established that mansion as her residence. He can't just kick her out, if she doesn't want to leave. Tiger then has to go through the courts and file an eviction notice with the sheriff.
I think he thought he was safe with a girl next door , but ended up being a big penalty for the booty call.

I would imagine EVERY pre-nup is with a girlfriend. Once you are married it is too late.

How do you establish someone else's home as your legal residence? Short of a transaction where an ownership interest is conveyed you are merely a guest. Some jurisdictions will honor a claim for contributions towards the purchase (mortgage) and maintenance of the home but that would only be a matter of money, not ownership. I doubt seriously that she picked up the tab for anything having to do with the home. I believe the real dispute between the two concerns the NDA he had her sign.
