Clemson should blow Notre Dame away. Irish won 6 games by 10 or fewer points. That’s half the schedule loaded with 7 teams that won 7 or fewer games!!!!

Only 2 teams came within 19 points of Clemson all season: 8-4 Texas A&M by 2 and 9-3 Syracuse by 4.

Fairmont State could go .500 with Clemson's schedule.

You have to understand that the ACC plays 3 games a year (there are a couple of exceptions here and there who only play 2) against LOW FCS schools. Then, all they have to do is win 3 more games against each other's sorry teams to get bowl eligible. If that doesn't work, call Marshall, give them $300K to come and lay down for you to get bowl eligible.

Yet, some people want us to go join that circus.

Clemson is a 10 point favorite but Alabama is a 14 point favorite against Oklahoma. There is no reason to think that Alabama won't blow away oklahoma either.

I wouldn't take Alabama right now...
Especially giving up points that high

The QB situation is an unknown.
Guy has two bad legs.
His knee is messed up on one leg and his ankle on the other.

This really hurt him against Georgia.
Especially because he was looking for the home run ball all game.

Alabama will have major issues with Kyler Murray.
Keeping him in the pocket as well as covering the WRs on the back end.

Alabama's D is built on getting pressure and their CBs maintaining coverage.
Problem is OU has elite speed that can create separation if Murray can scramble.

Alabama will beat Oklahoma like a drum. They have a superior defense they have corners that can cover receivers like syrup on Ice cream and they have guys that can actually tackle. It doesn't matter who starts at Qb for Alabama. Oklahoma's defense is horrible they have players that can't cover and can't tackle. Saban will have a field day against Oklahoma. Alabama will win easy. Notre Dame has a better chance against Clemson than oklahoma has against Alabama.

Like I said Alabama's corners get a lot of credit because of their pass rush...
A pass rush can make many DBs look good and vice versa.
The issues becomes Kyler Murray.
His elusiveness will prevent sacks and being forced into throws.
Like I said OU has elite speed at WR.
None of those Bama CBs are 4.2 guys or run a 10.8 100.

Perfect example is the success Kellen Mond had against Bama.
Mond is half the QB that Kyler Murray is.

Bama like many elite defenses have issue with true dual threat QBs.

Why do you think UGA kept on putting Justin Fields out there

Alabama is going to have to change certain things in their coverage like Texas did.
The problem with that is OU's other weapons including their TEs and HBacks.

Not to mention that OU has a much better OLine than UGA and UGA was getting a solid push against Bama's front.
