Tickets Question

Hey all. I am flying across the country for my first ever and top of my bucket list Duke game. I am coming for the 11/14 game. My question is if any of you know how the ticket exchange works on the Duke ticket site. I am not an Iron Duke. If I put in a request, what is the likelihood that I will get it not being an Iron Duke? If I do get them, do they automatically charge you or contact you first to make sure you want them? Any possibility when asking for more than two?

The reason I ask is that the secondary ticket market is crazy. For decent seats, over fifty dollars per ticket for fees seems outrageous plus shipping costs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'm not an Iron Duke and I did the ticket exchange last year and I got tickets to the Notre Dame game and the Louisville game (although I turned down the Louisville game because we couldn't go). I think it is first come, first serve on the requests so getting your request in early is the key. If you do get them then you will be automatically billed unless you call them and tell them you can't come and in that case they will give them to someone else and not charge you. I've never requested more than 2 so I can't answer that question. The tickets I have gotten this way have all been in the student section, standing room only. Good luck!
