Exactly! 10 minutes if that. Hard to believe that many people waited until game day.
We had last minute additions that wanted our two free tickets so had to pass them along, along with a parking pass. Hard to do with a crap service provider like this.
All the superfans telling everyone that they should have downloaded tickets months ago are giving a free pass to a business that should do better, or RU should find a better option.

I was wondering why people were asking me how I got my paper ticket?OK. at least now the app is showing I have tickets but still unable to move over to Google Wallet.

Got an email Wednesday or Thursday that said "Don't forget to download your tickets".

This. The diehards are fine but if you want flexibility or pass along a ticket at the last minute or day of the game like it was allegedly designed for… it’s a Knight mare. Prefer hard tickets.
I understand the last minute additions not having the ability to download in advance. Actually, there is nothing more flexible for last minute pass along of tickets and parking passes than electronic tix and passes, especially if there is a significant distance between you and the pass alongee. I agree it needs to be fixed but I don't recall this happening last year and may just be a rare occurrence.
I also chose once again to go the extra $10 to get paper tickets and parking passes. I'm with a technology challenged group so it always works out better. Even with the paper tickets, the option to transfer them electronically to others is still available so I have not lost that convenience.
Next year pay the $10 and get hard copy tickets and parking pass as a back up.
