Gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with Gonzaga, they gutted this one out. Made some huge plays and sustained a lot of bruises for sure.
Gonzaga is a fraud. I mean, they suck balls. They got a 16 seed, Northwestern and WVU with one offensive player to get to the Elite 8. Zona will send them home.
Painter, like they just said, is doing some terrible coaching. Why the hell are you doubling on Landon Lucas[roll]
Looks like Kansas is starting to play better. I think they win this one pretty easy in the end.
I'm not buying Gonzaga but I'm glad they won , I can't pull for wvu for a variety of reasons
W. Virginia got hosed!! They took a beating without a whistle in a crucial possession before the Gonzaga 3.
If the refs would call Kansas for all the grabs and reach ins in the post Purdue would be dominating this game. As it stands Kansas has capitalized on bumping Purdue's big guys away from the entry pass.

Nobody else wanted it. Carter is their guy, they look for him to take the reigns when the chips are down.
There are 4 players on Kansas on the floor that can hurt you. Purdue keeps doubling down on the 1 who can't and are leaving those who can open. Wtf Matt painter
But at the same time, they put themselves in a position to lose with poor shot selection. It's been happening the whole tournament in close games.

Kansas is earning what they are getting. Not the officials fault Purdue is doubling on Landon Lucas. That's bad gameplanning.
As much as it pains me to say it, because I hate KU, Jackson is the best freshman.
Purdue was shooting the lights out, and up 8. Now they are down 5. Kansas is like a bunch of cockroaches.
He's also fantastic with automotive bodywork. Should be lots of career opportunities after this year

Mathews made the shot and WVU missed the FT's and the putback but before that there were a lot of ticky tack calls that gave the Zags FT's when it looked like they were dead in the water while WVU was bouncing off defenders not getting calls on the other end inside.
Kinda felt like the fix was in for the Zags to make it IMO...only the under 2 minute replay gave that horrible call back to WVU and they didn't want to do it. Matthews fouled out 3 times and other Zags raised their hand and the refs obliged.
Don't respect their program, West Coast Duke and just as overrated.

IDK, Gonzaga looks like a bunch of Dalmatians from all the bruising. If anyone can complain about getting hacked it's Gonzaga. That looked rough.
