Few questions after reading the piece.

Did one coach not place a first place vote? Only 5 showing in the write up. If another team got the other first place vote, who was it?

#7 North Lenoir is showing 33 points. Is this supposed to be 23 points?

Mr Scott concludes by writing, "where nobody can hide behind mixed classifications". What does that mean?

I guess if you are in a split conference and win your classification (assuming more than one team in that classification) it is a lesser accomplishment in his eyes? Do the other 4A teams across the state not have a "clear measuring stick" if they are in a split league?

Thanks for the write up Trey. Let me say, it would not surprise me one bit if Southwest Edgecombe ends up having a really good year. I could see them winning this conference.
