this team shot 5/10 before Brad came in. Finished 5/11.
They were 37.1 % before the game.
I say we are doing pretty good with 3 point shooting.

We got two 3's from Diallo and that shocked me. He has poor mechanics behind the arc. There was a replay of his first three and he lands 3 feet away from where he shoots from. So instead of going straight up he slides his lower body and that usually ends in a brick. I was glad to see that shot go down but he won't be anywhere near consistent if he doesn't rectify his form.
the key is the right guys shooting threes. green and knox. diallo and WG can take them when open and within the offense. dont know about JV yet. but no one else really needs to be shooting them.

Oh come on. I’ve NEVER seen anyone hit a 3 when using their rectum.I was glad to see that shot go down but he won't be anywhere near consistent if he doesn't rectify his form.

Alexander passes up too many good shots.
as a team we are 38.4%
Knox: 40.7%
Diallo: 35.7%
Quade: 46.2%
SGA: 40.0%
W.G.: 33.3%
(Ofcourse if it was just these 5 shooting, our free throw is closer to 40%...but i believe PJ and Brad are both 0%. )
We do well. I agree. I'd love to see us take a few more, make a few more ofcourse right? But you're right, and we have seen worse. We are fine.I am very encouraged by the shooting from 3.
It is suppose to be a weakness.
If our weakness is shooting 37+% from 3, we are going to win a lot of ball games.
Zone myths, half truths. We can shoot 40% from 3 but you zone us.....ANYONE with the length, wingspan we got and it could just totally make an offense fall apart. Going zone doesn't garuntee or equal great results from 3 enough to be an ABSOLUTE truth.Agreed.
I'd let SGA shoot it as well (I think you just forgot to list him).
Green, Knox, and SGA should have a green light. Gabriel is pretty good for a 4 man. Those four will keep teams from zoning us when they are on the floor together. That would be my zone buster lineup, with Richards or SKJ inside.
