Wondering what the thoughts are about Wallace this year? I think they are getting a lot of hate but hey they have played a tough schedule in my opinion. Losses to Midway, Pender, Kinston and East Duplin and other than the ED game they competed throughout each of those games. Those are all very talented teams. Wallace is a very good football team and some high seed in the 3A playoffs is praying they don't get that matchup round 1 or 2. I have been hearing rumblings that the community is getting frustrated with the HC over there? Heard old OC Adam Scronces name being brought up from Wallace crowd last Friday at the Midway game.

I am not surprised to hear that the community is getting frustrated. It has been a few years since they've made a "wallace" run in the playoffs. With that said, I know many programs would love to have what they've had the last few years, but Wallace has a great standard, and what they've been getting lately isn't good enough for many in that community.
Community is getting frustrated, but we will not bring back our former OC to coach this team. You can bank on that. And thats nothing against Adam, they will want a bigger more proven name.
I've seen the number of wallace fans on this board has dwindled. I am curious to hear how the fan support has been in the community?

We are an average football team this year. Not as explosive on offense as years past and definitely not near as good defensively. It’s just been…blah
An average team that could easily be 8-1 heading into the final week of the regular season
But they are not 8-1. but I will say this, WRH has def gotten better, they are simply not as explosive on offense as in years past. JK should have no problem in winning this game handily. My prediction is JK 35 WRH 21. That would put WRH at 6-6 on the year and would have to go on the road to probably play a conference champion in the 1st round of the playoffs. And while I really dont expect WRH to go very deep in the playoffs I expect they will end a higher seeded teams playoff run pre maturely.
Wallace is a lot better than y'all think! They're going to be a tough out in the playoffs.
Somebody lied to you, they're much better than their 5-5 record. They definitely don't suck
I went and watched them play Princeton. They came out really sharp. Had 2 long TD runs on first 2 possessions and never looked back! 2 offensive plays and 2 tds! I certainly thought they might not lose again after that game.
For all of those that thinks Wallace is so so keep thinking that ,I I've seen much improvement in those boys new offense new defense took some time getting use to it for all of those that thinks their pushovers well I say this take them for granted!!
I will say this at any time any team can lose just remember that!!
JK vs WRH is the Eastern Chanpionship in round 2. The dawgs are not the same team as they were even against midway. They gave an elite JK team all they wanted Friday night and I expect them to do the same in 2 weeks after they mop the floor with Greene Central
