Is that a thing, combining dales and Italian? I use both separately, never thought about combining them.
Soooo is this facetious or no? I’m a grill novice, and am unsure sometimes regarding sales and SPS.Only a real grill master
He must have already put the zima on ice before composing his photograph.
I know I’ll get blasted for this, but I’m really seriously asking what the deal is about this site and Dales salty sauce????
. I never have understood that. I’m guessing it’s the worst-kept inside joke ever.
Using Dales is like masturbating, it's a guilty pleasure we have all done in private, just don't get caught in public or ever admit to it.
Somebody made me hamburgers with dales and I ended up eating them plain I liked them so much. No buns or condiments or anything other than a slice of provolone cheese on top. Not sure if he marinated in dales or just added a splash as he was making out the patties, but hiding behind an anonymous(ish) message board, I will admit I liked the result.
LOL. He’s about to ruin those ribeyes. All they need is a generous application of sea salt and cracked black pepper. They look pretty thin, so about 3-4 minutes on each side over some really hot coals oughta be about right. I know I’ll get blasted for this, but I’m really seriously asking what the deal is about this site and Dales salty sauce???? I really am being serious. Thanks in advance for any factual responses to my question about the Dales. I never have understood that. I’m guessing it’s the worst-kept inside joke ever.
I didn't realize, "knock-off green egg shaming" was a thing. Is that similar to riding a Jap cruiser instead of a Harley?**I bet he's using a knockoff green egg, too.
Totally agree. Buy the best cuts you can find and hit em with salt and pepper. Warm them up in an oven or grill at 250-275 degrees for 30-45 minutes (depending on thickness), until you get an internal temp of 95-100 degrees. Take them out and give them 30 seconds to one minute on each side over the hottest grill or cast iron skillet you can manage to produce to render the fats. Some folks will brush them with a little butter or olive oil at this point to crisp them up a little on the outside.
Take em off and let them sit for a few minutes before serving. There you go.
