You may bed confect. However, my understanding is that 'operators' can choose/select just how the machine performs. Chances are that they might no longer be performing as they did on the morning of Nov 4. Needs to have some expert code folks look at the operating code and determine what is possible. Maybe find one of their disgruntled employees who understands the machines and have them demonstrate before a judge the capabilities of these machines to rig elections.It will be pretty simple to answer, run some ballots through and see what happens.
