The second question is now factually inaccurate because "vacated" won the 2013 title and I'm not sure what state "vacated" played in.

WRONG. We give you the answer (clue), your response must be in the form of a question. That's the whole point of Jeopardy...it's the opposite of the usual Q&A, it's A&Q.
