That’s an opinion. And it wasn’t an attempt as insult, as it is true folks reply on here in ways they def wouldn’t do in person. I think you’ll agree to that.

Do I opine that UT is best in the country, no. But were they ranked as the best and winning 19 straight to earn voters pick as the top team, yes. We beat them. The first to do so in 20 UT outings. It is exactly what it is.

Play stall ball when we get a sizeable lead. Cal doesn't want to embarass another team too bad.

It's like playing prevent defense in football when you get a lead. Watch the Penn St game when we were up huge on em in the 3rd and we went into stall ball mode.

And sometimes it costs you hugely, like in 2015 against Wisky.

They held the lead against Tennessee, Kansas, North Carolina, Louisville, and several other good teams pretty well. That argument doesn’t hold water. Since you obviously don’t know this, it happens sometimes with young teams.
