When I clicked on the link I thought this was a joke, Or is this an actual belated April Fools joke?

If this is true, it's makes or undermines all those involved?

Also if true, I'm glad the Governor wasnt a WVU Alum. No school, especially ours, needs an elected official that involved in college sports and coaching hires. Already had that once and it was enough. And why would any school (EXCEPT KANSAS STATE WITH HOFer "THE G.O.A.T. SNYDER") want to bring in a 73 yr old coach? Really 73?

And the state of WV already has too many problems you would think he would have enough to try and fix.

Was not Manchin governor when he pushed to have Garrison appointed and he also hand picked Stewart to be head coach? WVU has been down this road.

The Gov. needs to focus on improving the State not dabble in collegiate athletics or athletic programs.

West Virginia is faced with huge financial problems, infrastructure issues and education funding deficits. Yet Gov "Good 'ol Boy" Justice thinks returning Marshall to its "Golden Years" is far more important.
