This is so MSU! Hire a AD that has never been a head AD before. Then hire a head coach that’s never been a head coach that was at the same school the AD was at. Then hire a defense coordinator that had only been defense co-coordinator one year rest of his career was a f’ing special teams coordinator and friends with the Lebby. And we wonder why we are were we are.
